The Chattanooga Donor Services serves 14 counties in southeastern Tennessee. They include Bledsoe, Bradley, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Hamilton, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Monroe, Moore, Polk, Rhea and Sequatchie Counties
TDS-Chattanooga’s critical care RN organ recovery coordinators provide organ and tissue recovery services to 25 area hospitals. Hospital services staff provide professional education to medical personnel and develops donation policies and procedures for our hospital partners. Our public education staff strives to increase awareness about the critical need for organ and tissue donors through their community services. Our physician directors help us build cooperative relationships with area physicians who are integral to the donation process.
Together, the TDS-Chattanooga staff is dedicated to maximizing the quality and quantity of donated organs and tissues that we recover for the 96,000-plus people on the waiting list for lifesaving transplants. Above all, we are committed to caring for the donor families who make the gift of life possible.

TDS - Knoxville serves 19 counties, which consist of approximately 1 million people. Organ Recovery Coordinators are available 24 hrs/day - 7 days/week - 365 days/year.
TDS - Knoxville also monitors 27 hospitals in their service area. Knoxville organ recovery coordinators are critical care personnel whose duties include evaluating a potential organ donor, seeking consent from the next of kin after brain death has been established, finding a proper recipient(s) through a national computerized network, and coordinating the recovery of organs and facilitating the transplantation.

The TDS-Nashville office is the central headquarters for Tennessee Donor Services. TDS Nashville/Jackson serves 44 counties in middle Tennessee, including Davidson county and the city of Nashville. TDS also serves 11 counties in the Jackson, TN area. Total service area population is approximately 1.5 million.
