VOLUNTEERS

How to Become a Volunteer We invite you to join our team of dedicated volunteers!  We are made up of people waiting for life-saving transplants, transplant recipients, donor family members, living donors, supporters of these groups, their family and friends, and people who fervently believe in the organ and tissue donation program.

Our objective is to alleviate the critical shortage of donors by registering people as organ, eye and tissue donors. We share information through the media, civic groups, hospitals, schools, health fairs, and other venues. We are proud to enlighten the public about the importance and benefits of this lifesaving program.

Volunteers come in all sizes, shapes, and ages and bring a vast array of skills and talents to our agency. Upon receiving your volunteer application, TDS staff will contact you regarding an interview and volunteer training. Your unique abilities will be utilized in areas you enjoy to best help us save lives.

The "Gift of Life" has to be one of the greatest gifts one can receive. We hope you will join us, and in doing so, help us to spread the word of this wonderful lifesaving opportunity. To request a volunteer application or to discuss volunteer opportunities, please contact your local TDS office:
